Give hope in 2026
My family in Uganda are humble, dignified people. They do not make demands or ask for luxuries. They rarely ask for anything at all, yet it is clear that they are struggling. Not being able to help them more is a heavy burden. The needs listed below reflect long-term goals to improve their basic quality of life. And provide for a sustainable future.

Water
At seventy years old, my mother-in-law still has to collect water from a local borehole. A water tank would allow water to be delivered closer to her home and reduce the physical strain on her.
Light
Two years ago we were able to install a small solar panel so the family could charge phones and have one light at night. That panel will soon need replacing.
Education
As a family we are responsible for school fees, particularly for our niece whose mother died and for our nephews who are without there dad.
Shelter
Our family live in very basic conditions. There is the shell of the house finished but no floors, ceiling windows or doors. Our goal is to gradually improve the situation for them.
